I provide strategic oversight for major technology upgrades at the Ramsey County Correctional Facility, ensuring systems support safety, compliance, and operational continuity. This includes leading the transition from aging analog cameras to a modern high‑resolution IP network, coordinating vendor work, validating coverage, and minimizing disruption to daily operations. I also manage server modernization efforts by planning hardware replacements, coordinating downtime, and confirming performance and retention standards. My role includes evaluating contractor proposals, monitoring vendor performance, and communicating schedules and impacts to leadership to support informed, timely decision‑making.
