Representing Ramsey County on the statewide Enhancements and Standards Committee, I serve as the primary liaison to the case management software vendor and contribute to decisions on new features and long‑term product direction. I analyze how proposed enhancements affect probation, jail operations, and administrative workflows, and present clear recommendations to leadership. I also coordinate internal planning and rollout activities, ensuring staff are prepared and system updates are implemented consistently and effectively.
